We have gorilla permits for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda and the Parc des Volcanoes in Rwanda. There is the possibility to express a preference in which park you want to see the gorillas, but the limited amount of gorilla permits, we can not guarantee your wishes and will in that case another park!
The Gorilla Tracking
From Travellers Rest in Kisoro is about a half hour drive to the Nkuringo group in the south of Bwindi. Permits visitors to gather at the “Office”. In groups of eight with a guide, they set off in search of the gorilla families who have become accustomed to the visit. Depending on where the gorillas are located, the trip takes an average of 7 hours. A wonderful unique journey on foot through pristine tropical forest.
